Staff Instructions for DirectSuggest
You are now able to share your front-line ideas and suggestions to better your organization.
Making suggestions is fast and simple.
They can be submitted on a computer or any mobile device.
Navigate to the Make Suggestion page under the Staff menu drop-down.
Write a meaningful subject, select a Category from the drop-down list, and describe your suggestion in detail.
When you have finished entering the information, simply click the Submit button.
Your suggestion is then automatically directed to the designated Gatekeeper.
Your suggestions and their current statuses are available on the List My Suggestions page under the Staff menu drop-down.
You can review the suggestion details and see what actions have been taken with your suggestions.
All suggestions made by others in your company can be voted and commented on anonymously. Under the Staff menu,
select the Vote for Suggestions page to list all suggestions. Selecting the comment bubble will display all votes and comments left for that suggestion.
To vote and comment on a
suggestion click on the Blue Door icon next to the suggestion. Select the Green Thumbs Up or Red Thumbs Down to
indicate an up or down vote. The ranking of the suggestion will now reflect your vote. The total vote can be a
positive or negative number. A comment about the suggestion can also be left if you have voted for that
suggestion. If the
suggestion is green or red then you have already voted for that suggestion. You may change or update your vote
or comment at any time.
