Gatekeeper Instructions for DirectSuggest

Gatekeepers are a major part of the DirectSuggest process. A Gatekeeper is responsible for evaluating the suggestions that have been submitted and deciding the best course of action for each. Gatekeepers are assigned responsibility to suggestions by a combination of Categories and Locations / Regions.

As a Gatekeeper, the first thing you should do is review suggestions. To review suggestions, navigate to the List Suggestions option under the Gatekeeper menu item. From this webpage you will be able to open individual suggestions. Replies may be made to the author of a suggestion, suggestions can be forwarded to the correct decision makers, and upon completion suggestions can be archived.
