DirectSuggest Customer Suggestions also enables everyone in your organization to collaborate with and improve upon customer/client suggestions. Gatekeepers are put in place to oversee customer/client suggestions for specific categories as they are for employee suggestions, and can reply to and forward customer/client suggestions.
